A red, a white and a rosé wine, each of them telling in their own way, of the land from which they come and the savoir faire of those that created them.

The Château de Saint Martin de Graves produces wines of Pezenas, part of the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation. Its wines combine the mildness of the Mediterranean climate with the complexity of the harsh « garrigue » land.

Château Saint-Martin de Graves
The Château Saint Martin de Graves is on the Coteaux du Languedoc appellation, whose wines combine the mildness of the Mediterranean climate with the aromatic complexity of the scrubland. This wine is made from Grenache and Syrah. It has a dark red robe of beautiful brilliance, a bouquet with aromas of wild red berries and flowers. On the palate it's supple and long with fresh and sweet tannins.
Serve at 14 ° C. Open and carafed 1 hour before for optimal tasting

La grande Maison
This Prestige du Languedoc wine comes from a harmonious blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre which gives us a wine with a beautiful intense ruby color, a complex nose with floral notes of violet and red roses, topped with red berries and sweet spices.
On the palate it is tender and greedy with a nice fruity finish.

La Grande Maison
This 80% chardonnay et 20% viognier is a gourmet wine with exotic touches. The Grande Maison gives immediate pleasure with an excellent balance of freshness, roundness and length. Its melted aromas will delight you; tender, refreshing and harmonious in the mouth.

This wine is made from merlot. It has an intense ruby color and a richly intense nose with aromas of red fruits and peonies. At the second aeration, notes of sweet spices. A sensual wine, fat and ample with a beautiful long sweet finish. To decant and to taste at 14 ° C.

Plo Dalia
This wine is 100% Syrah. The result is a wine with a ruby red color, very brilliant with a nose of aromas of red berries (blackcurrant, strawberry) and spicy notes.
The mouth is fruity, full of roundness and very fine, with some tannins. The red indulto is a supple and fruity wine that goes well with summer dishes such as salads or barbecues.

Plo Dalia
This wine is essentially made of grenache and cinsault. Its color is salmon pink with pale pink hues. On the nose, it is expressive, with notes of red fruits, strawberries, cassis and raspberry.

Nous avons eu la chance, mon mari et moi d'avoir pu fêter notre union dans ce merveilleux endroit. Les propriétaires de ce château sont des personnes très humaines et très sympathique qui n'ont pas hésité a nous aider et nous accompagner dans cette magnifique journée. Rien n'est a redire dans la qualité de ce lieu, si c'est a refaire nous le referions sans hésiter. Nous avons choisi la formule sur deux jours, ce qui a ravies nos invités et qui nous a permis de profiter des magnifiques chambres que nous n'avions plus envie de quitter.

Bonne situation régionale a proximité de Pezenas. Cadre très sympa et calme. Le barbecue est très pratique. Personnels très agréables et dévoués. Bon vin de petit producteur. A voir sans hésiter.

Staff gentilissimo e struttura incantevole se avete un mezzo proprio e volée visitare Pezanes e la zona circostante. Staff molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Sono stati tre giorni piacevoli, in mezzo alla natura e in un contesto bellissimo, ci tornerei!

We can most highly recommend this place. The appartement is in a former stable on the property of an old chateau, where they (still) produce excellent wine. The property is beautifully situated at the bottom of the hills, with trees behind on the slopes of the hills, and a view in front over the vineyards below. It is indeed a small paradise, very quiet and with a lot of (different types of) birds. The appartement itself is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, two bath rooms, and a properly functioning airco. There is a nice swimming pool and table-tennis table. The place is next to Pezenas, a picturesque little town, with a lot of beautiful pottery. The beach is 30 minutes by car and also Béziers and Montpellier are nearby. Highly recommended indeed.

Un décor de rêve
Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir nous marier en cérémonie laïque dans ce magnifique domaine et avoir la chance que Karine et son équipe soient au petit soins pour nous. Lorsque le temps s'est gâté nous avons pu bénéficier d'un espace intérieur adapté à nos invités et le soir venus nous avons profitez de la salle et des hébergements pour tout le monde... Nous avons ainsi pu profiter du domaine et de nos convives au maximum... Grandement recommandé pour notre part.

Le site a tout simplement ébloui nos invités et a largement contribué à la réussite de notre mariage.

Un seul mot : la perfection !
Quand on avons visité le domaine, ce fut un coup de cœur immédiat, et nous savions que nous voulions célébrer notre mariage ici et nulle part ailleurs.
On sent que Karine et sa famille font ce métier par amour, car ils ont le soucis du détail, leurs attentions vont au-delà de ce que l'on pouvait imaginer. Tout est pensé à la perfection, aussi bien pour les mariés que pour leurs invités, et même pour les prestataires. Et le jour J a été magique comme prévu ! La cérémonie avec notre arrivée sous les arbres était digne d'un conte de fée.
Nos invités nous ont également fait des éloges de votre lieu. On s'y sent si bien ! Tous les espaces, intérieurs comme extérieurs sont pensés pour que la journée se passe de la meilleure des façons.
Merci également à Véronique et Kader qui nous ont beaucoup aidés.
Nous recommandons à 100% ce domaine aux futurs mariés !
